In cases of Diabetic Charcot foot deformities, we follow a staged protocol that involves gradual distraction using an external fixator, followed by definitive fixation to restore and maintain the foot’s shape.

Complex foot deformities, including residual clubfoot deformities, are approached with meticulous pre-operative planning using 3D printed models. We then implement gradual corrections through external fixator technologies.
